Loss. Grief. Change. Silence. Not the most comfortable topics, but that’s exactly why we need to talk about them.
Last week, we hosted D for Death - Navigating Loss in All Its Forms, an intimate in-person gathering where we explored loss in all its forms—not just the death of a loved one, but also the loss of relationships, identity, jobs, health, and even the person you once were.
Looking at this image, you might not expect D for Death to be a space where we explored loss. Yet, here the ones who agreed to be on camera are—faces lit up with joy, connection, and relief. Because when we open up about the hardest things, we also make room for lightness, for laughter, for letting go.
The impact was undeniable:
⭐ Rated 4.5 stars by attendees
⭐ 80% of participants said they left feeling lighter
⭐ Speakers, exercises, and discussions created space for real healing
💡 This wasn’t just a conversation. Through guided activities, shared stories, and expert-led discussions, attendees gained tools and insights to navigate loss and rebuild with resilience. They left feeling empowered and ready to take the next steps.
