Only 29% of women are 100% open and honest about the problems they face*.

LADIES, WE HAVE A PROBLEM

We worry - a lot!

Did you know? Over 70% of us grapple with emotional or physical issues each week, taking a toll on our well-being.

'A problem shared is a problem halved' - yet often, we don’t share what we’re fully going through – and even when we do, we often leave out the most important details.

We don’t open up as much we think

Our research reveals that only 29% of women openly address their problems, while a mere 21% are fully truthful about their mental and emotional wellness.

Why do we hold back our worries?

Research shows that women face social anxiety about opening up – reasons include, fear of being judged, lack of trust, embarrassment, and burdening their friends with the same problem.

74% of women feel less stressed by sharing

Purely, from the act of opening up.

Let's worry less

In order to make sure that our needs in society are taken into account, we first have to understand ourselves as womenkind.

Sharing more about the things we carry in silence will help us worry less, live more, and provide the knowledge for everyone to help better understand the needs of women in a male-dominated world.

Ladies – we’ve got work to do.
