A Different Kind of reTREAT

Not a healing intensive.

Not networking disguised as rest.

You already live in the deep end.

Our Womanship reTREAT is designed differently.

It begins with...

                        ... nothing.

Two full days with no sessions, no circles, no expectations.

Because nervous systems need to land - before insight.

From there, our time together gently opens – into embodiment, shared space, optional energy exchange, and connection without responsibility.

This is structural care
for the woman behind the role.

Who This Is For

Our reTREAT is designed for women who:

  • Hold space — professionally or personally
  • Are the person everyone turns to
  • Carry the emotional weight of those around you
  • Guide others through change, often quietly
  • Rarely, if ever, take time that is truly yours
  • Can't remember the last holiday that was just for you

This reTREAT is for you whether you hold space professionally or personally — a therapist, a coach, a carer, a mother, or simply a woman who has never once taken time away entirely for herself. You don't need a title. You just need to recognise yourself in that list above.

Perhaps you've never taken time away on your own before. This is a great place to start.

You are not here to perform.
You are not here to teach.
You are not here to optimise yourself.

You are here to reconnect.

To rest, to return to yourself.

You are here to reTREAT.

    The Location

Almond Hill House | Andalusia, Spain

    Whitewashed walls.

    Sunlit terraces.

    Olive trees.

    Open countryside views.

    A pool overlooking the valley.

This is not a hotel. This is a home-scale retreat house.

    Spacious, quiet, and intentionally held.

The kind of space where you remember who you were without all the roles you carry.

    Our Time Together

    Days 1–2: Landing

    Days 1–2: Landing

    Days 1–2: Landing

The first two days with nothing.

    No alarm clocks.

    No sessions.

    No structured circles.

     No expectations.

    Sleep. Swim. Walk. Read.

    Be.

This is the kind of nervous-system reset most of us never allow ourselves.

Thursday is market day in Orgiva, so those who fancy it can take a gentle 30 min walk into town to explore and enjoy a local lunch*.

    All entirely optional.

    Days 3: Silence

    Days 1–2: Landing

    Days 1–2: Landing

Day 3 is a day of silence.

    From whenever you wake,

until we come together for dinner

    - no words required.

    Move at your own pace.

    Sit in the garden.

    Float. Write.

     Watch the hills.

We come back together in the evening to share what surfaced.

    Lightly. In your own words.

    Silence is not emptiness.

It is where most of us finally hear ourselves.

    Days 4-6: Re-Alignment

Instead of a fixed programme, we're creating a responsive structure driven by your needs.

    Sessions may include:

    • Full body breathing
    • Gentle relational exercises or yoga
    • Embodied inquiry or journaling prompts

And on Day 6, to celebrate our experience

we invite you to join us

    in a pool-based sound bath.

All sessions are invitational. Participation is always your choice

    Evenings: Togetherness

Some evenings will be led by the vibe of the moment,

others lightly structured to enhance connection, for example:

    • Storytelling evening
    • Slow dinner under the Andalusian sky
    • Music and movement night

    Nothing heavy.

    Nothing forced.

    Just women gathering.

Because something shifts when women are not performing.

Even a shared meal becomes something special.

    How We Eat

Our food philosophy is simple, designed to support your idea of a treat.

No detox.  No rules.  No moralising.

Just locally sourced, honest, nourishing food.

A self-serve breakfast ready when you're ready to start your day.

Delicious lunches and long dinners under the Andalusian sky.

If you'd like a glass of wine in the evening, you're more than welcome.

    Optional Energy Exchange

From Day 3, if something in you wants to offer - a reflection, a practice, a question - there is space for that.

    Gently.

As an offering, not an expectation.

You are never required to be anything other than a guest.
