Evelyn Pacitti (she/her) is a well-being systems architect and strategic partner for driven professionals seeking to build sustainable, burnout-resistant lives and careers.
Drawing on 18 years of engineering experience and ICF-accredited coaching, she removes the fluff from traditional well-being advice, focusing instead on data-driven systems tailored to each client’s unique strengths and motivations.
Her approach empowers pragmatic dreamers to show up with energy and intention for the things that matter, both at home and in the office - to live aligned with their purpose, be fully present in their moments, and operate unapologetically.
As a recovering workaholic and parent, Evelyn understands the demands of her corporate & entrepreneurial clients and strives to live by the principles she teaches of awareness, wonder, and experimentation.
Balancing ambition with joy she dedicates time each day to play without structure—whether it’s geeking out on personal knowledge management, sword fighting with her son, or exploring new perspectives with guests on her podcast, Engineering Serenity.

Trained as a Psychologist specializing in Trauma Coaching and empowered by her own experience with PTSD, Cristina guides people in their journey of addressing past trauma and recovering from burnout by reconnecting with themselves, making sense of their story, and integrating what happened so they can move forward empowered and free to choose the way they want to live.
Her approach is based on a combination of therapies and coaching techniques that give a voice to what happened, integrate emotions and sensations in the present, learn to live in the here and now, and find resources inside every client to create an intentional roadmap for the future.
Committed to integrity and kindness during the entire journey, Cristina holds space for whatever emotions and experiences come out during sessions, where clients develop tolerance of every emotion without pushing anything aside.
This way, strength, and resilience are built based on the proof one has from already experiencing it in every session.
By learning their blueprint behavior and staying with emotions, her clients experience self-discovery, build self-mastery, and discover inner strength.

All her sessions are grounded in lived experience, with a practical focus on how we can increase inclusion and belonging in an increasingly diverse world.
Annelie was an interculturalist* long before she knew the term, having lived and been educated across continents. She is part Sri Lankan, part English, born in Sweden, lived in Spain and has Dutch ancestors - so interculturalism is both her life and work!
Raised as a Third Culture Kid, her lived experience of multiculturalism played a formative role in her life. Currently, Annelie is based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. As an adult she honed her intercultural competences through academic studies in Sociology, Cultural Studies and an MSc in International Relations.
Today, Annelie feels immensely privileged to be doing work she loves, and does not take this for granted. She knows what it feels like not to belong, and strives to make difference an asset, not an obstacle to overcome.
