We're passionate about creating safe spaces, connecting women with Health & Wellness Professionals, so they can Share more and Worry less

About This Online Event

Whether you’re facing a challenge with your startup or asking your doctor for the right support, we all need to ask for help from time to time. As women, we often encounter numerous barriers to sharing our problems, and even more when it comes to asking for the help we truly need. Once we’ve overcome those barriers, how often have we wondered why we didn’t receive the help we thought we’d asked for?

Following the huge success of our in person event, we're bringing "Empowering Women to Share More, Ask for Help and Thrive" online due to popular demand. You can read more about how well it was received by going to "Our Past Events".

Whether you’re a leader, managing your household, an entrepreneur, or an employee, these challenges are real and pervasive. This event is your opportunity to understand and break through these barriers, empowering yourself to share more, ask for help, feel less alone, and thrive by receiving the help you deserve.

We’re thrilled to collaborate with Ashley Usiskin, Founder of ‘The Gift of Help,’ whose course is featured on Simon Sinek’s Optimism Company platform—a testament to its impact and relevance. This event offers you direct access to the insights and strategies that have been endorsed by one of the world’s leading thinkers on leadership and personal growth, and the chance to experience them in practice.

Womanship is dedicated to creating spaces where women can connect, share, and support each other through life’s challenges. In this session, we will address our blockers in asking for help and explore how this fits into the broader picture of women’s holistic wellness. By integrating mental, emotional, and social well-being, this session provides key insights to support your personal and professional growth.

What You’ll Gain:

  • Connected Wellness: Understand why women hold back from sharing their challenges and how asking for help is crucial to your mental, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Identify Your Blockers: Uncover and gain a deeper appreciation for the common barriers that prevent us from asking for help, and start to identify your own.
  • Practical Strategies: Walk away with specific strategies that you can apply immediately in your professional and personal life.
  • Build Community: Connect with like-minded women in a supportive and safe environment, forming the foundation of a strong, lasting network.

Who Should Attend:

  • Entrepreneurs: Running a business or working in a startup can be isolating. Learn how to leverage your network and ask for the support that will drive your success.
  • Women in Leadership: Leaders often feel the pressure to appear strong and self-sufficient. This session will provide tools to navigate these challenges without compromising your leadership.
  • Employees: Balancing career and life can be overwhelming. This session will help you address the unique challenges of asking for help in the workplace and life in general.
  • Mothers: Juggling family responsibilities with personal needs is no easy task. Learn how to ask for the support you need to create a healthier balance at home.

Forums: The Heart of Our Community

Forums are the beating heart of our community—a space where real conversations happen. Here, women come together to share experiences, seek advice, and find support on the topics that matter most.

Too often, the things we struggle with—our health, careers, relationships, and personal challenges—go unspoken. In Womanship, we change that by providing a safe, private, and judgment-free space where no topic is off-limits.

Whether you’re navigating a career shift, struggling with menopause, processing grief, or simply looking for a place to be heard, our Circles connect you to women who understand.

No more siloed groups that focus on just one aspect of life—Womanship is a space to bring all your worries together to help you find solutions. Because life doesn’t happen in compartments, and neither should support.
