CASE STUDY

DHB Bank Sustainable Performance - Energy, Confidence & Voice at Work

This women-only session brought together two specialists from the Womanship professional network to explore what's really happening beneath the surface for women at work.


We ran an anonymous survey before and during the session — so participants could share what they were really experiencing without needing to say it out loud. The insights surfaced things that a standard feedback form would never capture, and informed the session content in real time.


Womanship opened the conversation: energy management, confidence, and the internal experiences that quietly shape workplace behaviour — human and relatable, framed around shared realities rather than individual struggles.


Lauren Valbert of Training 2.0 went deeper: imposter patterns, masking, and confidence identity — practical and psychological, grounded in her own body of work.

The Results

73% of participants found the session valuable or very valuable.


84% believe conversations like this contribute to sustainable performance at DHB Bank.


58% said the session significantly or somewhat increased their awareness that other women are carrying similar pressures 


Every attendee said the session had a positive impact on their understanding of energy, confidence, and performance at work.


And the message that came back most clearly from participants to their leadership team?
