Our Burnout Café is a gentle weekly online space for women feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, emotionally stretched – or quietly wondering why everything feels harder than it used to.
Hosted by Womanship founder Nicolette Lazarus and burnout practitioner Nerys Williams Giuliani, sessions combine honest conversation with expert perspectives on burnout, fatigue, hormones, nervous system regulation and recovery.
